Matthew B. Bilder, M.D.
Dr. Bilder, a Pennsylvania native, was raised in the Lehigh Valley. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He graduated from Penn State University College of Medicine, and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Bilder then completed his residency in Ophthalmology at The Eye and Ear Institute of the University of Pittsburgh, followed by a fellowship in Glaucoma and Anterior Segment Disease at Allegheny General Hospital. He is Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He joined Ophthalmology Associates in 1999. His practice focuses on medical and surgical care of patients with glaucoma, as well as routine and complex cataract surgery.
Dr. Bilder enjoys travel with his family, playing the guitar (a bit) and is an avid SCUBA diver.
J. Mark Snyder, O.D.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Snyder now resides with his family in Lancaster, PA. After completing his undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University, he attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA.
Following his doctoral studies, he completed a residency at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and later became an Associate Professor at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. In late 2017 he joined the team at Ophthalmology Associates.
In addition to being involved in the community, Dr. Snyder has a passion for mission work, having been fortunate to be involved with trips to Guatemala, Haiti, and El Salvador.
In his spare time, Dr. Snyder can be found running through the back roads of Lancaster County, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Kristy and their three kids, Lukas, Graham, and Noah.
